SPECIAL MID-WEEK ACTION ALERT
With the world facing a serious crisis that poses a direct threat to millions of people, protecting the vulnerable is more important than ever. Right here in California, our severely inadequate housing supply is leaving tens of thousands of homeless or unstably-housed people at risk during the outbreak.
That's why we're inviting you to take action.
Mid-Week Action Item: Abundant Housing LA is adding its voice to the growing call for the US government to set aside funding for those living on our streets and for those at risk of losing their homes in coronavirus response legislation. Add yours by filling out this quick form now!
And to learn more about what steps are being taken right here in California, visit the new News section of our website to read our statement on the eviction moratorium. Follow us on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook for the latest on housing and the public response to this historic crisis.
ALSO: Will you be joining the online conversation tomorrow? Abundant Housing LA and the UCLA Lewis Center for Regional Policy Studies will be hosting a virtual workshop, bringing experts right to your phone or computer. This event sold out but we've added some capacity. Reserve your place here.
