We prioritize projects that have affordable housing, are not replacing existing housing for low-income communities, and are in our priority focus areas where we have a presence.We help evaluate housing projects seeking AHLA support. We'll discuss project-related questions from members, review projects submitted by developers and chapters, and make recommendations on whether AHLA should support them.
