According to SCAG, Beverly Hills, which has nearly twice as many jobs (57,000) as people (34,000), needs only 1,400 new homes. Meanwhile, the desert city of Coachella, with more than four times as many people (42,000) as jobs (9,000), will be expected to build a whopping 15,000 homes!
